The National Institute of Justice (NIJ) is currently seeking veterans treatment court programs interested in participating in a cross-site evaluation. The NIJ Multisite Impact and Cost-Efficiency Evaluation of Veterans Treatment Courts will study six veterans treatment courts across the U.S. to examine:
- Program outcomes (e.g., impact on recidivism rates)
- For whom programs are effective
- Which program elements are effective
- Whether programs are cost efficient
