To increase linkages to ECM for individuals who are involved with the justice system, many of whom suffer from behavioral health conditions, CCJBH is pleased to announce that, in collaboration with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and other related system partners, CCJBH produced an informational flyer: Enhanced Care Management Referral Process for Criminal Justice Partners. The purpose of this flyer is to support justice system partners in their efforts to begin making referrals to Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans to request ECM assessments.

As part of this effort, CCJBH also compiled a list of ECM Referral processes for each Medi-Cal Managed Care Plan, by county. Note that this link is also embedded in the informational flyer under Step 3.
